ABOUT TRANS-LOCAL

The project refers (as artistic commentary) to questions of how geographic relocations influence artists: whether it helps artists to go beyond the fixed categories of their own identity (physical, psychological, social or cultural) or their limitations which are defined through their relations with everything outside.

The experience of the Argentine space, alien to me, the search for the truth about the place, people, but also about myself, the attempts to reach reality in its unmediated authentic form, are all presented in a hybrid work consisting of prints, photographs and installations.
