On Wednesday August 27th the Brazilian artist Waléria Américo presented her project Amplitude: fail.
With the collaboration of several Buenos Aires musicians she experimented diverse ways of constructing musical notes.
In the presentation, Ramiro Fernández Pereyra (guitarist and singer) interpreted a note that Américo had developed before being an artist-in-residence in ‘ace. Other three musicians, Hernán Sánchez (trompet), Lila Feinsilber (trombone) and Leandro Kohan (trombon) played the new notes built in Buenos Aires by shooting a percussion cymbal and the collaboration of Hernán Zaparart.
Américo’s residency was sponsored by the Brazilian Embassy in Argentina.
