Caroline Watson is an artist who primarily uses acrylics and concrete, to give her abstract paintings a unique tactile quality .
She works intuitively to explore color, movement, form and layering elements. Each painting is an illustration of experiences, time and the exploration of a solitary moment.

I want to tell a story influenced by the environment and culture around me. I
do not want to overly constrain the direction of the project but allow the project
to evolve and grow during my stay. I will continue an emphasis on the faces
and figures and experiment with incorporating a variety of colors and tones
into the work.
